The Gallery Suite

A dynamic and versatile event space, The Gallery Suite can also be transformed into a luxurious backdrop for an intimate corporate lunch or dinner. From long table to banquet style seating, tailor the look and feel to your taste and preference. With the option of hosting breakfast, lunch or dinner, Executive Chef Rudi Liebenberg and his team will work with you to curate a menu that incorporates all of the dietary needs of your delegates and guests.

We are delighted to welcome private corporate events to the hotel where we can accommodation up to 50 guests at the tranquil and serene Gallery Suite. Our beautifully crafted private dining menus start at €60.00 per person.

The Gallery Suite at Christmas

Ideal for teams of 20 – 50 people, The Gallery Suite can be hired exclusively for a luxurious private dining experience this Christmas.

Gather and celebrate with colleagues over a festive inspired menu, that celebrates the finest local ingredients, bursting with flavour. Available to hire for lunch or dinner, kick-off with a Montenotte Gin & Tonic drinks reception and a chance to mix and mingle, before being seated in The Gallery Suite for a memorable feast.

Stylish and sophisticated in its design, The Gallery Suite is a modern and contemporary space with a number of flexible options for set-up, depending on your preference. Tastefully decorated with beautifully adorned Christmas trees and glistening candlelight to reflect the season, the team can also add an array of finer details to bring your brand or company culture to life throughout.

Pricing per person starts from €80.00 including welcome drinks on arrival, a 4-course lunch or dinner and room hire.

Available for exclusive hire, The Glasshouse is a spectacle of architectural design and distinct interiors, complete with a glass façade and pink terrace ideal for a breakfast networking event or early morning meeting space.

Summer Corporate BBQ’s – The Glasshouse

Transform unparalleled views of Cork City into a stunning backdrop for the perfect outdoor gathering with colleagues. Nestled within The Courtyard at The Glasshouse of The Montenotte, you can expect a flaming good menu of grilled meat and fish, fresh salads, and juicy sides.

For those who want to stay-on and make a night of it, moving inside, The Glasshouse presents a high-end, cocktail bar. A fusion of Cuban and Caribbean vibes, the energy is sassy and electric by night with an extensive drinks’ menu inspired by the surrounding Victorian Sunken Gardens and live music until late on Friday nights.

  • Summer Corporate BBQs are available from May until September 2024, Sunday – Friday
  • Minimum booking requirement of 25 people
  • Maximum capacity of 50 people
  • Limited to one group booking per day.
  • Food service is available between 1pm – 6.30pm
  • A deposit of €15.00 per person is required to secure your booking.
